Having to answer to someone on a weekly basis about what matters to me, how I am going to get myself there, and what blockers I perceive was both a treat and a slippery slope. It is always easier to blame others for why we are not accomplishing something. I was profoundly impacted by both my progress and my setbacks and how they were intertwined in my ability to show up for myself. You give what you get….and with John as a life coach, the more you give, the more he gives. John has the gift of offering a different perspective on situations, which cause one to shift from the current state.
